Shipping Time: 7 Days | Track Your Order

We do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product. Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Do not ship a product unless your return has been approved.

 

You can apply for New Product if:

1) Product received is damaged. 

2) The product is received too late.

3) The product is not what you order, for example, color or size is different.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please see that the customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs. Our customer support team is always ready to help you with your concerns. Send us an email at support@vakhrivibes.in and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

> Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Note: Partial refunds also means that return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds (if applicable):


Since we do not accept returns, there will be no refunds too. If you receive a damaged or wrong product we will send a new one at no extra cost!


Exchanges (if applicable)


If the product is damaged/ broken or the product delivered is different from what you ordered then we will replace a new product in exchange.

 


Return Shipping:


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
